“Multilingual Service Desk Operators”

Our client is a worldwide ICT-service provider with an excellent reputation. As their activities grow constantly, they are looking for IT-juniors who are pursuing a great career in IT.

Job description

·         You will start your career with a one-month training which will teach you the systems of our international customers.
           After that you will help our customers with their hard- and software issues.
·         When needed you will escalate this problem timely to a higher level.
·         As an IT professional, you will promote the solution to the customer.
·         You will work in a young, dynamic and international environment.

Profile

·         You don't need to be a technician, because you will get a training that is already paid.
·         More important are your attitude and personality along with excellent languages.
·        You speak very good English and at least one of the following languages:
          German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, French, Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian.
·         You are willing to work in a shifts system.
·         Of course, you live in Belgium.

After 5 years in Copenhagen we are now back in Brussels. We have 2 daughters (3 and 6 years old) who are fluent in Danish. We are looking for a Danish speaking babysit - for example for an evening now and then, sometimes for a few hours in the weekend, or occasionally for pick up from school.
